…and the pandemic grace period. We thoroughly appreciate your patience during this whimsical time of uncertainty. Thank you so much for continuing to choose Tom Foolery and although shipping delays are not guaranteed, they are possible.

Tom Foolery offers free shipping with USPS on all orders within the United States.

Please allow an additional day for production before shipping as all products are made to order. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number. Orders ship from Pasadena, California. 

Pre-order items will be shipped on the in-stock date indicated on the product page. In-stock dates may change due to production rates. Orders that include pre-order items will ship at one time as one order when the pre-order items are in stock. 

We are happy to ship internationally to our foreign friends. We charge a flat $15.00 rate for international shipping. International orders will be shipped priority through USPS, which usually takes 8-12 business days.

Returns + Exchanges Policy

If you’re not happy we’re not happy!

We are happy to accept any standard-sized returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the merchandise provided it has not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. However, custom ordered jumpsuits are only available for item exchange or store credit. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by a sales receipt and sent back in its original packaging. Please follow the steps below to go forward with an exchange:

-Within 7 days of receiving the merchandise log in to your account or email shannon@tomfoolery.la to access a return label. 

-Send back the items you wish to return/exchange making sure it is post marked within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Please make sure to include your receipt and original packaging. 

-Once we have received your return or exchange you will be notified by email with a refund, store credit promo code, or order confirmation for an exchange. Return label costs will be deducted from the refund.

All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
